How does the 50% bridge financing work?▼
After the vehicle and inspection report are confirmed, customers pay a 50% deposit.
We continue the procurement and export process, helping reduce the customer's upfront purchasing costs.
Do all vehicles come with an inspection report?▼
Yes. Every exported vehicle includes a third-party inspection report issued by Chaboshi or
368V before shipment.
Can you source vehicles not listed on the website?▼
Yes. We can source vehicles directly from China's wholesale used car market according to your
requirements.
What is the 90-day buyback guarantee?▼
If the actual vehicle condition is materially inconsistent with the third-party inspection
report,
we provide a 90-day repurchase guarantee according to our service policy.
Can I visit your facility before placing an order?▼
Yes. We welcome factory visits to our Dongping yard in Tai'an, Shandong. We can arrange
airport pickup from Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport (1.5 hours away). Many of our long-term partners
visited in person before their first order.
Can imported vehicles be registered in my country?▼
Most countries allow used car registration with proper documentation. Policies vary by
jurisdiction. We provide complete compliance paperwork — inspection report, certificate of origin, export
declaration — to assist with your local registration.
